Refund Policy

Asian College of Teachers understands that our courses and online learning platform isn't perfect. Mistakes sometimes happen and we promise to do our best to fix any situation within reason. We do ask that if you are uncertain about signing up for our courses please e-mail us at act@asiancolegeofteachers.com and we would be happy to answer any questions you may have as well as provide you with pre-sales support.

Our Refund Policy:

WE DO HONOR REQUESTS FOR REFUND WHERE THE FOLLOWING REASONS APPLY

  • The customer mistakenly placed double or duplicate order.
  • The online learning software does not perform a specific feature that is not described in our marketing material or academic documentation.
  • After purchase, the course is not available
  • If a defect is found in our course materials / distance education materials and our academic support staff cannot provide a fix or work-around within 14 business days
  • Non-delivery of the product or service: such as, for example, due to some mailing issues you do not receive
