Accommodation during teaching assignment in China

We aim to provide our teachers with the best possible accommodations.

Our teachers who will be teaching in China will be provided with well furnished single occupancy Housing with all modern day amenities as part of their remuneration. The accommodation will be arranged and provided by the school to their teachers. A single teacher will be provided with a one-room apartment on or off campus, and a married teacher with dependents will be provided with adequate residential facilities. All accommodations will be within easy walking distance to the school or near transport facilities.

As we deal with various schools at various locations at different times, it is impossible to have accommodations pre-arranged for all sites all the year round. Therefore, exact information regarding specifics on accommodations may not be available until a later date. Exact information for some schools/cities may be available earlier than others.

Monthly electric, water, and phone bills will be the responsibility of the teacher.
Some accommodation may need a deposit for 1-2 months which is refundable after completion of the project. Some schools cover this deposit and deduct the same from the salary while others may ask the teacher to pay for this.


Accommodations that are arranged by the schools will be provided free of charge throughout the teaching contract. Accommodations will vary from school to school and city to city. Most of the schools will provide their teachers with the paid single occupancy accommodation.

Employee shall not request or demand any other appliances or furniture than those provided by Employer. Employee shall take the responsibility for the maintenance and repair for the appliances and furniture provided by Employer.

The apartments are very well furnished with all modern day amenities to make your stay very comfortable. Each room is amazing, spectacular in size offering startling views of the city.

All accommodations will include the following amenities:

A bed (Single or Queen Size)
Each room with attach bathroom, clean, running hot and cold water.
Aircon
A wardrobe
Refrigerator
Computer
Kitchen table along with required utensils
washing machine
Television
All communication facility
All travel information Transfer, Air ticket.

Some accommodations may not include few of the above mentioned amenities if the space does not permit or if they are not otherwise preinstalled. (In rare case)
