There are bars, go-go bards, discotheques, clubs, cabaret shows and restaurants to provide entertainment throughout the night. Most of the bars and clubs are open till late and night. Nightlife in Phuket is not as wild as Pattaya and most of it is family friendly. After sun down, there are also many cultural shows in Phuket. The Phuket Fantasea, palace of the elephants, Fantasy of a Kingdom, Festival village and Simon Cabaret are some of the entertaining shows in Phuket.

Weather in Phuket
Phuket has quite a warm climatic condition but as it is located by the sea, it is never unpleasant. The hottest months in Phuket are from May to November and the colder months are from November to April. The rainy season in Phuket is mainly in September and October. As Phuket is an island, there is nice wind all through out the year and summer months are not very uncomfortable. The hotels are also cheaper during this period as most westerners prefer winters to come to Phuket.
